In accordance with the Governance Manual for Community & Comprehensive Schools, the Board of Management are advised to prepare an annual budget each year. The school budget must be submitted to the Department of Education and Youth before the end of June.
Note: At the time of publishing, the budget templates include the grant rates for the free schoolbook grant based on the 2025/26 grant, as the Department of Education and Youth has not yet issued the Circular for the grant for 2026/27. The templates will be updated with the free schoolbook grant rates once official guidance is provided by the Department and the updated templates will then be available on our website.
