Credit Cards
The use of credit cards are permitted in schools for online purchases. Schools may not use a debit card. Prior approval must be sought from the patron / trustee before applying for a credit card. The FSSU recommend that the board of management implement controls around the use of the credit card.

The FSSU encourages all schools who are still using cheques for the payment of wages and bills to begin using electronic or internet banking as soon as possible.
